Notifications not clearing the first time you click it?

Very weird issue, might just be me, but notifications don't clear the first time I click the "X" on it. And if I forget to click the "X", then I have to open the notification tab on the right (normal stuff), click "Clear all", and then the bar just closes. I have to re-open it and click it again for it to clear the notifications, which gets real annoying real quick.
