Boeing Tca Thrustmaster yoke.

Hi I just bought the Boeing Tca Thrustmaster yoke bundle edition. I have installed the drivers and restarted my pc but my yoke is not showing in the control games on game controller. I have reboot it several times the yoke and have even exchange it twice. The desktop reads the yoke on the usb port but somehow it still won’t show on the game controllers. Anyone have any suggestions or can help me out what else to do? I have also contacted Thrustmaster but haven’t given me an answer to solve the problem. Thanks
