How to activate the windows button from the keyboard in Windows 11 version 24H2?

Last year, I updated one of the versions of Windows 11 that had an issue with the Windows button on the keyboard. I thought it was a bug in that version of Windows, but after updating again, the problem persisted. The issue is that when I press certain key combinations involving the Windows button, such as Win + D or Win + R, they don't work. I tried several solutions from YouTube tutorials and the Microsoft community, but none of them worked. I will send some videos and a forum page for reference. I don’t receive any error messages, and I don’t have any screenshots of the issue.
