Guest Hockey Playa Posted August 20, 2007 Posted August 20, 2007 I recently purchased a Compaq Presario SR5050NX PC with Windows Vista Home Premium installed. I activated it after I got everything set-up. I tried using the Windows Upgrade Disc that came with the system and it told me to enter in the Vista product key, which I did EXACTLY, but it wont allow me to continue saying that the key cannot be activated/accepted. What gives? And I have already asked for help from HP and they have told me to ask Microsoft.
