Random folders in Program files and temp that are excluded in windows security by default

There are random folders like "LLpquWwYaHVsiBTJo" in my program files, and I found this out when random command prompts started opening, so I opened task manager to see what was happening, and it turns out there are some random exe's, so I opened the file location, and it was in some random named folder like "Vtcytijwft" and there were 5 exe's in it, so I deleted them, but they keep coming back, and when I saw in Windows Security there were even more in ProgramFiles(x86).(Its not letting me add images so here they are: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1_P5juOU4BQe7vGeGZvpXoZGW6QArLc3K?us
