Hello - can anyone tell me how to locate this file/macro? I have just

reinstalled Windows XPHome with SP2, but apparently this is missing. I have

downloaded Flashplayer & Shockwave latest but no luck.

Thanks in hope.

You tell me!!! All I know is that I reinstalled Win XP Home, and keep getting

messages that this file/macro or whatever cannot be found. Cannot even do the

MS Scan. As I thought it was something to do with graphics (as some do not

load on sites like Explorer) I downloaded Adobe Flash-player and Shockwave.

All MS/Windows updates are current.

Can you help?

Tried this - tested ok. Have uninstalled and reinstalled SP 2 and all

updates. No.good. Tried to install several programms all with the same

result "could not find file "swflash.ocx" including Skype and Messenger,

which installed 99%. This one file is causing hell on my computer. Surely

this file should be available from MS? Thanks.
