Strange problem with Microsoft Update

Since 2 days i'm having a problem with the website of Microsoft Update.

I go to the home and check for updates. When results are shown, if i click

on one of the links on the left side, the main frame is refreshed with the

home of WU.

Don't know what's happening and if there's an error on the website or in my

pc.

Does deleting the temporary internet files make any difference?

I've just solved by resetting internet explorer settings to their defaults.
