RE: Error 0x80070005 at Windows Update!

Does this solution work if I was trying to copy a select few pictures from a

CD to a USB Flash Drive? Does anyone know why Im receiving this error?

I CANNOT FIND "USE ADMINISTRATOR OPTIONS" ON WINDOWS UPDATE PAGE, I AM USING

WINDOWS VISTA HOME
