RE: internet explorer 7

I did a search on IE7 pop ups and could only find two listings. My question

is, everytime I use msn.com and use IE7 I get constant pop ups that I cannot

block. I am on dial up at 28 kbps and the pop ups are very annoying. How do

I stop them. I did not have this problem with IE6.

Second problem, when I click on favorites to go to a specific web site IE7

takes me to where ever they want to go which includes pop ups and videos of

movies, etc. I do not want that to happen. How do I stop it.

Run a /thorough/ check for hijackware, including posting your hijackthis log

to an appropriate forum.

When all else fails, HijackThis v2.0.2

(http://aumha.org/downloads/hijackthis.zip) is the preferred tool to use.

It will help you to both identify and remove any hijackware/spyware with

assistance from an expert. **Post your log to

analysis, not here.**

If the procedures look too complex - and there is no shame in admitting this

isn't your cup of tea - take the machine to a local, reputable and

independent (i.e., not BigBoxStoreUSA) computer repair shop.
