Guest Philipp Posted July 11, 2007 Posted July 11, 2007 I used this to deinstall the .net Framework 2.0: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290301/ then i reinstalled the .net Framework 2.0 from here (choose your language): http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?displaylang=de&FamilyID=0856eacb-4362-4b0d-8edd-aab15c5e04f5 after this i installed the KB928365 patch and now it works. Guest Pure Posted July 14, 2007 Posted July 14, 2007 I found this a very helpful post something else I found out each time your system has to uninstall and reinstall a program from the add and remove icon in the control panel on your computer, if you still have trouble afterwards completing the process by trying to redownload the patch KB928365 then go through the process again and reboot your system with each uninstall and reinstall that is done. Yes you can reboot your system after each uninstall or reinstall action first so yu don't need to go through the process again. To reboot system press ctrl alt delete all atthe same time and click on shutdown and click turn off not restart because sometimes your system does notfully install programmes unlessyour computer is turned off Hope you can understand what I mean Thankyou so very much Phillip for your assistance it is appreciated.
