cant install windows update keep getting error 80072efd tried fix it doesnt work

I am trying to update windows and since buying this laptop have not been able to update I keep on getting an error message 80072efd I have tried to use the fix it but that has not worked it also tells me it is having a connection problem, but I have no problem

going on the internet as I have been able to contact you on the internet. regards veronica
