Can't open Windows 7 upgrade advisor

I am having trouble in opening the downloaded "Windows 7 Upgrade Advisor". Error message " ..Adoble reader cannot open windows7....." even though I have the latest version of Adobe reader. No other anti-virus prog. is opened.
