Administrators AWS Posted November 16, 2012 Administrators Posted November 16, 2012 I have Windows 7 Home Premium, Service Pack 1, 64 bit. I have not been able to run Windows Update for about a week. It keeps saying it can't update because the service isn't running. I have checked in the services and it shows that it is 'started'. Thank you. View this thread
