i have a product key of windows but the windows lost

[AWS]

i bought anew hp laptop with win 7 home premiun installed on it and the the sticker of product key exsists on back of lap

i formatted my hard by mistake

now i have the product key of x16-96084

but i dont have the windows

i downloaded x17-58997

i found the link on answer of a qustion with a same situation

and says that

As long as its Home Premium, the part number should not matter.

 

now iam trying to activate the windows and it kept tell me unacceptable character when iam trying to write any number of the product key
