How do I get the "Bluetooth Stacking error" to stop?

The little box flashes up and says the issue " Bluetooth Stacking Error". I was told this had something to do with Windows updates. If that is true, then why doesn't Microsoft know this before it effects my computer, and why don't they fix it? back to

my original, how can I fix it(since apparently Microsoft will not)
