Windows Update Error "8024402F" Clean Installation

Im running a clean installation of Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium SP: 0.

Im having a reaccuring probelm with windows update failing everytime I try to run/update windows. I keep getting the error

Code "8024402F" and have tried every solution I could find on the internet. If ANYONE can help me with this problem that would be great.
