Administrators AWS Posted November 21, 2012 Administrators Posted November 21, 2012 I purchased my computer brand new in December of 2010 and all has been fine. Sunday night when I shutdown, a large update was done by microsoft and then suddenly on Monday when I booted up I started getting popup boxes that I may have counterfit software for Windows 7. I'm legally blind and home bound - I depend on this computer for everything. I have been trying to research what to do, but I don't understand any of this - I just know I have a genuine product. I saw that someone said to install and run this, so I did.
