Windows Defender infected ?

Every morning when I start my laptop I get a Windows Defender Warning - I have a "Severe" problem.

Worm:Win32/Phorpiex.B

It will not allow me to remove it so I tried downloading Malware protection - I ran the Full scan and it identified 7 objects (none which seemed to be this worm) - I deleted those and ran the Quick scan and it gave me a green light - no maliscious software.

So I ran the Windows Defender scan and that said the same thing - no problem.

But I still keep getting this pop up warning every morning when I log on ?
