Do I have to re-install Windows 7 (Home Premium) after upgrading my motherboard, processor, and RAM?

My Current motherboard is an ASUS M2N68-AM PLUS, my new one is an

ASUS P8Z77-V LX.

My current RAM is 3.00 GB DDR2 (unsure of MHz), my new ones are 8.00 GB DDR3 (1600 MHz).

 

My current processor is a Dual Core AMD Athlon 64, my new one is a Quad Core Intel i5-3570k.
