why do I get the same updates installing over and over again?

I keep getting the same updates installing every time I shut down the computer. I dont get any error messages and they seem to install fine each time. They are the following security updates: KB 2604121,KB2656368,KB2686827,KB2729449,KB2737019.

 

I tried using the "Fix It" program and it did fix some things but the updates still continue to install every time I shut down.

 

Any help would be appreciated.
