I ran a full restore on my Lap top. Windows Vista. Lap top approx 2-1/2 years old. Since doing this I have lost the ability to transfer photos from my memory card to my file on the computer. The Auto Play does not come in, in the task bar anymore. This

happened once before after a restore and I took Laptop to a specialist which cost me money. I would like to think that you may be able to help me with step by step instructions to get it back. Using ADSL-2 Wi Fi. (32 bit). I hope I have described what's

happening OK. I am only a learner and an aged pensioner to boot. Thank you. wendy thompson PD.
