Administrators AWS Posted December 4, 2012 Administrators Posted December 4, 2012 I used to be able to just save files to my external hard drive and my files were backed up to the HD automatically. Now this does not happen and I cannot save files on my EXT HD. The message comes up is this: A shadow copy could not be created .The provider [who is it] had an unexpected trying to process the specific operation. ox 8004230F . Microsoft could not assist in this matter. Or would not unless I paid $99. Anybody has a cure or reason? View this thread Quote
