Internet provider was unable to help with sending emails in Windows Live.

Windows Live had been working fine for the past few years but now I can't send any emails. Verio is my Internet provider and they could not help me. They seem to think it's a Windows problem. I can receive ok.

Outgoing smtp is my web address. Port is set to 25
