Server execution failed...and i executed it! Can anyone help me to get things back to normal?

can anyone help me?Thinking i was deleting things on a flash drive to make room i deleted off computer instead. Now i can't open anything or use a cd or the flash. Everything says server execution failed. I feel such a doink
