Backup and Restore can save to network location?

From Help:

"If you're saving your backups on a hard drive or network location, Windows Backup will create a new, full backup for you automatically when needed."

 

This indicates it is possible to save backups on a network location, but I don't see a way to specify one in Backup and Restore settings. It only shows hard drives, DVD, etc.
