trying to use system restore but keep getting kicked out.

I have had a total file and app, extensions crash, my files got somehow hijacked by a sync app in goggle but now I simply want to set to factory restore or even to a restore date but system won't allow me at the factory restore I get an error like 008000xff.

No error wiith the restore to another date, just doesn't let me, I have a iOrbit - advanced system care installed is this the reason I can not restore? Is there a file or general way to install file extencion s to default as well as get my file system back

into some kind of order? HELP I do not care what I loose, I have my windows key, can I reload windows to solve my problems.
