not a valid win32 file

I just built my sister a new computer with an EVGA sli micro MB. I can't install the network unless I have service pack 1 for Vista HP 32 bit. So I can't get online until I can install that. I downloaded the Windows 6.0 KB936330-X86-wave0. Is this the wrong file as I get the not a valid win32? I need to update Vista to SP1 in order to get online, then I can do auto updates after. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
