When I try and install windows 7 64 bit on my new custom pc I get this error 0xc0000225 what should

I just built this system:intel i5 quad core 3.4ghz

8gb corsair memory

Evga gtx 660 superclocked

250gb seagate hard drive

gigabyte d3h-z77

 

When I tried to iinstall windows 7 64 bit everything was fine unitil it randomly stopped and gave the error 0xc0000225.I really need help as I spent a lot of money on this system and it isnt working please help!
