How do I get rid of this OUTLOOK unasked for invasion of my hotmail ?????

Outlook have UNASKED invaded my hotmail and I can't get it to go away and now I can't understand/use my computer. I don't want them - I did NOT ask for them. I don't KNOW how to answer the questionat the bottom of this page. What do you want.???
