the backup failednot enough disk space to create the volume shadow copy on the storage location. make sure that, for all the volume to be backup, the minimum required disk space for shadow copy creation is available. for the optimal experience , we recommend at least 1 GB of free disk space on each volume being backup(0x8004231F)

additional information

insufficient storage available to create either the shadow copy storage file or other shadow copy data (0x8oo4231F)

my external storage is 3TB
