Unable to open email attachment

I received 3 different emails from the same sender. They all have the extension .xlsx. I can not open any of them.

I have Excel &amp have never had this problem before. The sender is no help &amp the information is important.

Box says this file does not have a program associated with it. Thanks in advance.
