5 updates are repeating the download and installation over and over again. how do I stop this?

These 5 updates are repeating the download and installation over and over again. how do I stop this?

Each time the above downloads and installs and says updates installed successfully. Then a few minutes later it agains tells me updates ready to install and it is the same updates. Even after restarting my pc, the updates installs again.

 

Please, I'm desperate to stop this.
