windows 8 app store problem,

hello..i just had a problem with windows 8.whenever i go to the app store and download an application,there is apparently no progress in download.It keeps on displaying pending or cannot download error 0x8024011 i guess....really need your help..Because

of this my apps are not getting updated and somehow the applications got deleted from the start screen......apparently because it needed an update..

 

I didn't upgrade to windows8..just a bought a new laptop with it
