Windows keeps checking for updates but doesn't stop to give any results

[AWS]

When tried to enable Dot net framework 3.5 through "Turn windows features on or off",

 

 

It gave an option to "download files from windows update"

 

 

When selected it went through a search and then Stuck on "Downloading required files"

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

When tried to Check windows updates, it keeps Checking for hours and hours

 

 

Got error code 8024A000 once
