Windows update fails with error 8024200D, while trying to install "Mise à jour de sécurité Microsoft

Everything is in the title...

Windows update seems to download the update without any problem, then starts the update, but then fails, repeatedly.

windows "fix-it" tool claimed it resolved the problem, but the situation is unchanged, install stull fails.

Can you help?
