Administrators AWS Posted January 8, 2013 Administrators Posted January 8, 2013 i have got a computer in chinese-simplified, the oprating system is windows 8, but i would like to install the english language pack,i tried times to install it through windows update, but every time after completed the installation it asked me to restart the computer,and i did it , however,at last when it was restarting i encountered one error which saying "configurate windows is failed,and it is going to revert the changes",and then it came to restart again, please , what should i do to fix it?
