Administrators AWS Posted January 10, 2013 Administrators Posted January 10, 2013 During Download using Windows Update I get this Error Code 80073712. I've tried the Windows Update Troubleshooting program. Turned off firewall. Turned off anti-virus programs. I've downloaded it from Windows.com support successfully to my Downloads Folder, but when I try the standalone installer, it goes through and at the end "Fails". Does not install. I had no issues with any other updates. This is the first time I've ran into such an issue. I feel like I've tried everything(I'm not a super computer techy) I can. Please help! View this thread
