Administrators AWS Posted January 11, 2013 Administrators Posted January 11, 2013 I find this frustrating and disappointing. My laptop was running fine and when I tried to shut down, I got these loads updates last night which lasted about half an hour and deemed to be important. When it restart and what do I get, I get an error message "The user profile service failed the logon. User profile cannot be loaded" error and I cannot login. What is the matter with Microsoft? Why is Microsoft offering faulty or detrimental updates?" I have no time for all these and apparently, my profile has been deleted,, damaged or changed (after searching the internet for solutions). Why is Microsoft update meddling with my profile? I have not fixed the problem yet and suggestions of entering into safe mode to create a temp profile to access, change or copy my original profile to fix this problem, etc. is just not acceptable and how am I going to trust any future Microsoft updates?
