Administrators AWS Posted January 11, 2013 Administrators Posted January 11, 2013 Ive just had error report from Microsoft. A problem with a false signiture files. Computer keeps recovering from Blue screen crashes and unable to update essential microsoft files. Microsoft report says BCCodes corrupted X 3 and BC4 806D7E F4. OS Ver 5.1 2600 SP3.product 768_1 is causing the problem. C:DOCUME 1HPLocals 1tempWER@084dir00mini011113-01.dmp.dir00sysdata. I am unable to update critical files in microsoft updates. It seems that microsoft has been taken over. I am only able to write this as I am in Norton Safe mode otherwise it keeps showing error. connection to microsoft goes on and off. Although I have everything secured by plusnet and Norton and show system ok. Can someone please help me deal with this problem at Microsoft. View this thread
