How Can I Delete a Particular Windows Update?

I get automatic notices when updates are ready to be installed.

I always check and choose which to install.

At times, there are updates, i.e. Bing and Office 2010, which I do not choose to download.

I do not see a way to delete these updates, hide them, or in some other way get rid of them.

I've been all over MS Help and, guess what, no help was to be found!
