Power to go media error message

The power2go and power2go express gives this message.

The file {Language\p2grc.dll} is missing.

Please reinstall program.

Not sure how or where to go to reinstall power2go.

I use windows7,explorer8 64 bit.

I recently reset my laptop to factory.
