Windows Update failure to complete

My computer is failing to complete an automatic windows update. I get an error message of &quot66A&quot. ff. is the update I'm trying to complete: Security Update for Microsoft .NET Framework 4 on XP, Server 2003, Vista, Windows 7, Server 2008, Server 2008 R2

for x64 (KB2729449). Pls. help. Thanks.
