Administrators AWS Posted January 13, 2013 Administrators Posted January 13, 2013 I've been neutral on Windows 8, impressed by some things, missing others. But I'm getting more negative about the system. Today my system would not recognize any flash drives. I was going to reboot it and notice that an important update was scheduled. Three Hours later, it is still installing update 1 of 1 and please don't plug the computer. If an update is going to take so long, why isn't there some progress meter? I can see the disk actively being used, but no idea when I'm going to get my system back so I can work again. View this thread
