I have entered my Product Key from the box but It said "This copy of window is not Genuine". It was bought from a big brand STAPLES in UK. It was activated successfully since It was bought 2008. So I do not see why it is not genuine now. I have contacted technical support 0800 018 8354 Three times and they cut off the phone 2 times when I tried to tell them the problem and ask for help. Can anyone could give me some help on this matter, Please!!! My email : *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. I have tried to go to START, COMPUTER,PROPERTY,ACTIVATE WINDOW NOW,SHOW ME OTHER WAY TO ACTIVATE,USE THE AUTOMATED PHONE SYSTEM.
