Microsoft Word is gone from my computer how do I get it back?

I purchased a netbook with a scaled down version of Windows 7. I purchased Widows 7 Home premium and had no issues until now. Suddenly Microsoft Word is gone and I can not access any of my Documents or open them. I tried a retore point and to reinstall

Windows 7 but Word still has not been restored. What can I do?
