Administrators AWS Posted January 15, 2013 Administrators Posted January 15, 2013 HI all, I had purchased windows 7 pc from India where win 8 upgrade option was available and, had registered for the same. Unfortunately I am currently in Tanzania where the same is not available. Can i surrender my win7 key, get it activated in a pc in India , purchase win 8 in India with my promo code and then reactivate in my own pc here? Will this work? My win 7 key is from India and i feel this should be possible. Pls advise Win View this thread
