Getting a 0x80070103 error when W8 tries to update driver for an HPLaserjet 1200. Prints single cop

MS W8 offers me a driver update for my HP Laserjet 1200, but then throws a 0x80070103 error.Printer will produce single copies of documents OK, but will not produce multiple copies.Hoiw do I overcome this?
