What kind of file do I need to get so I can export contacts ???

I have 3 email accounts, I think I successfully exported the email accounts to the file I wanted. I am trying to export the contacts,

I am not able to do this, even though I have set up a new folder on the desk top for them. I am using the correct format for multiple contacts

Please help me. I want to do this so I can remove the Live Mail program and then reinstall it all over again.

 

I have too many problems with the program to continue the way it is.
