having a major problem installing the scanner drivers for a new Epson all in one printer WF-2530 on my desktop using windows vistaerror message " could not launch required program during setup, check the setup disc, then run setup again"I have successfully installed the software on my laptop using windows 7.spent some time with epson tech dept, after several attempts to resolve problem, they advised it was a problem with microsoft software.have tried installing over internet from epson website but same errorany help would be greatly appreciated
