acer laptop xp no keyboard mouse or usb after windows update

keyboard touch pad and all usb ports disabled after windows update. tried to boot to boot cd but without keyboard, mouse or usb. Can't access bios, or system restore.

 

Please help. I am leaving town today and desperately need data on my computer.
